A welcoming hotel, modern and spacious, clean and tidy. Room 143, twin room - quiet, spacious room, over-sized twin beds, large mirror, large TV, tea tray, toiletries, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Waste bins, plenty of sockets. Large dining room for breakfast - ample breakfast items (hot and cold selection). Thanks for a fantastic stay.

This hotel is absolutely spotless. The staff are amazing, polite friendly and welcoming. Location is a few stops on the tram from Grand central station approx 5 mins travel located right on the St Paul’s tram stop. We used the hotel as a base to visit Legoland discovery centre and Cadbury world.we had fresh towels and room cleaned every day. Public areas including bathrooms are spotless. Rooms are warm, beds are comfortable. The breakfast was really good for a complementary breakfast, it’s busy and so things run out but you only have to ask and they will be replenished. Duty manager Fay was very helpful and welcoming. It is an excellent spot for touring Birmingham. The best hotel we’ve stayed at in Birmingham. We were family of 14 with 5 rooms for 4 nights and had no complaints.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Birmingham for two days, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is well-appointed and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mihaela. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Mihaela was incredibly helpful, providing me with valuable information about the area and making my stay even more enjoyable. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated and well equipped with good quality shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser, and I appreciated that there were flannels too, as these are rarely supplied. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was a good size. The room was very quiet for a city centre hotel and we couldn’t hear any outside noise which was fabulous. The hotel was easy to get to from grand central via tram as the St Paul station is just at the back. There was a good breakfast selection.
