You're welcomed right from the moment you arrive. Not falsely, genuinely. We were asked which floor we preferred instead of just being given any. The whole place is spotless. Reception staff 10/10 the security man was so helpful 10/10 Cleaners 10/10 Breakfast was very tasty 10/10 Service staff 10/10 I can't comment on the bar as it wasn't used but from what I did see, it was spotless and fully stocked 10/10 The room was overlooking the tram line, never heard a thing at all so that's a 10/10 Distance (walking) was around 20 minutes to and from Birmingham New Street station. 15 minutes to the Utilita arena. I'm a mobility scooter user but rode at the pace of my children. I mentioned at check-out that I would definitely stay again without hesitation and will recommend it to everyone I know who will be staying in Birmingham for whatever reason. Oh I must add which is always on teenagers minds, wifi and plug sockets. WiFi is perfect and there are plenty of sockets around the room which also have the USB ports attached to them. No arguing over who needs charge! Always a bonus 👏

I liked the fact that the staff went above and beyond to help you, to make your stay comfortable and hassle free. It is also very secure as you can not get to the rooms unless you have your room key, as the lifts do not operate without it. The breakfast is brilliant my youngest loved the waffles which you make yourself and the selection of foods means there is something for everyone, it is a short 10/15 min walk to the town centre if you like shopping. Also i would like to mention that my eldest daughter was ill in the early hours and had been vomiting 🤢, the housekeeping girl was absolutely wonderful she came and cleaned it all even though i told her i would do it myself. All in all an absolutely great place and will definitely be visiting again next time in birmingham.

This hotel has some poor ratings and so I was a little concerned before we arrived. I need not have worried as it was all good. The bedroom was spacious although the bathroom was more compact but still had a large walk in shower unit. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast was included and was perfectly acceptable as a hotel buffet with hot and cold food on offer. I thought it was very good value for money. The hotel is right next to a tram stop which we don’t realise until we stumbled upon it and we used it a few times. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, the price was reasonable, and our room had all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location was another positive aspect. It was conveniently situated in Jewellery Quarter close to the city centre. This made it easy for us to explore the city and its surrounding areas without much hassle. Additionally, the proximity to public transportation options was a big plus.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Room on 3rd floor was clean and comfy with a view over the city. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of choice and a very nice dining area so didn't feel rushed. St Paul's metro tram station ony 5 minutes walk from hotel although we didn't realise that until day two. Very little noise even though it was a busy weekend.
